Women Empowerment

Women Empowerment in India – A Burning Issue

You might be listening to news, reading newspaper or magazine, you would have gone through incidents and accidents with women in India.

While any other article on women’s empowerment in India will take a look at our rich heritage and enlightened societies of the past where women were treated as equals, the concept of “India” itself evolved quite recently, relative to the sum of its parts’ histories.
But the TRUTH is that in the modern India, the woman has always been a second grade citizen, no matter what its esteemed leaders have said or done.

The subject of empowerment of women has becoming a burning issue all over the world including India since last few decades. Many agencies of United Nations in their reports have emphasized that gender issue is to be given utmost priority. It is held that women now cannot be asked to wait for any more for equality.

Educated women now feel that there is more to life than marriage. They can get most of the things they want (income, status, identity) without marriage, while they find it harder to find a suitable accomplished mate.

This is why their marriage is delayed.

With increasing literacy among women in India, their entry into many types of work, formerly the preserve of men, women can now look upon the bearing and raising of their children not as a life’s work in itself but as an episode. It women have started taking men’s work, it could be said that men have taken over women’s.

Where is Humanity?

where is liquor mafia?
why they are killing police and common people?

Murdered by the liquor mafia

The investigation took the Mail Today team deep inside the liquor smuggling mafia, which has a free run despite continuous crackdowns by the excise department. And the stakes are so high that the liquor mafia is willing to go as far as to injure and even eliminate officers on duty.
Kumar was killed during a raid on illegal liquor traders and another officer was injured.
A senior official told Mail Today that raids and seizure are part of the crackdown conducted by the department to stop the illegal liquor racket, but the actual quantity is many times bigger than the seizure, which has also increased over the period.
Between April and December 2012, the department had seized about 1.18 lakh bottles. In 2013, the number for the same period went up to 1.40 lakh bottles in 520 raids.
Murdered: Constable Vinod Kumar died of his injuries after an attack by the liquor mafia

Just think about Vinod Kumar's family and about his children?
Who will think if we don't react?

Sourav Choudhury, 19, a college student who led a movement against the liquor mafia in his village of Kulberia in North 24 Parganas, was killed and his body chopped into 11 pieces on Friday night. The mutilated body parts were found near the Bamongachi railway station, about 100 kilometres from Kolkata, in North 24 Parganas on Saturday morning.

A Desire

What I'm talking here is when a woman tells you what she finds attractive in a man.
We've all been there before. There's a girl we like, and we try to do our homework to find out what she likes in a guy. Inevitably, we hear things like:
  • I like tall guys.
  • I like guys with blonde hair.
  • I like guys with big muscles.
  • I like confident guys.
The list goes on, and on, and on...
At last, she gets married.
than If you ask again: Did you got what you was looking for?
she will reply: Yes(30%) No(70%)
Now just think about your life.
To get a best one, you lost your loved one.
I am not talking about love marriage. I am talking about your choice.
some cases:
boy and girl are in love. they will leave their home because of their love.
or they may run away.
They don't even think about their parents.

Atleast about your mom.

Remember those days:

when you was little, alone, silently sitting somewhere in your 🏠, than she was the only one who asked you, "what  happened to you?"
when you was hungry, than she was also feeling the same hungriness.
When you was sad or crying, she was fighting with your dad to get your desired thing. Her love for you was greater than her husband. Just think...

After all,

why we don't share our choice with our parents?
they will feel happy and 98% they will go with your choice.

Another case...
about your choice when you are looking for men(husband).
look where you feel comfortable not who comes in your acceptation list.

Another case and effects:
Never and ever choose inter religion marriage, known as mixed or interfaith marriage. Your whole life will be ruined. Noone, even your parents or friends will not support you. After those excitement days means when you grow up, you will feel loneliness, because of your culture and traditions...

Think about it......
